hi ive got msn 6.2, but it isnt workin and everytime i try to loggin it comes up wif a box and in dat box it says troubleshoot. I clicked on it and it sed that my msn hasnt got any problams, but it still isnt workin. It also sed try msn messanger l8ter and i did i tried it afta 4 days but it still aint workin. Do any of u lot kno how to make my msn 6.2 work, and how to make it let me loggin, if ya do plz can u telllll me ty so much

hi this is Rosie well ive got msn 6.2 and 6.1 and 6.0. The one that i am able to use it the 6.2 msn, btu that msn isnt workin when i sign in, it wont let me sign in and the signing in it stops and a box comes up and that box says, troubleshoot and i clicked on it and it sed that they couldnt find any problams wif the msn please try later. I tried 4 days later still aint workin do any of u guys kno wut to do, to get msn 6.2 workin? If ya do plz can u telll me ty

i have already downloaded msn messager 6.2, but how come it keep say error 2889 and 1603 when i try to installed it. i don’t have any older version in my pc

Hi Debbi, consider yourself lucky I’m actually going to help you. All you need to do is go to your control panel, add/remove programs and uninstall MSN Messenger 6.0 from your system.

Follow the steps carefully, and once it’s finished just reinstall MSN Messenger 6.1 from the web site. That should fix your problem.

Follow the steps carefully, and once it’s finished just reinstall MSN Messenger 6.1 from the web site. That should fix your problem.

hello I was wondering if there is a way you could help me.

when i go to log in on msn messager 6.0 there is a window that ask if i would like to install 6.1 i try and it wont as there is a error 1603 comes up but i cant even log on to my msn through 6.0 anymore as this window about the new version keeps coming up all the time.
