Viacom didn’t pay Spike Lee one red cent. It was thrown out of court. Completely ridiculous, if you ask me.

Did Viacom pay Spike Lee any money to use the name “Spike TV”? If yes, do you have any idea how much was paid to Spike Lee? Please respond as soon as possible. This is an issue that has been raised at the water cooler at my office and we would like to get the correct answer today if possible. Thanks a bunch. Simone

I am a large grey bulldog who used to appear in Tom and Jerry cartoons. I don’t know if you was aware, but I already sued that creep Spike Lee for stealin’ my name. Back in the 40′s, I got sued by Jimmy Durante for talkin’ like him. I won that one, but these days, suin’ somebody costs a lot more. So I settled outta court for a nice, thick, juicy steak. Tyke (that’s my boy) wanted me to fight it, but after beatin’ Lee, I woulda had to go after TNN, and they got too much money. So the next time you see somebody with an unoriginal name suin’ somebody for stealin’ it, do me a favor. Knock him on his ass.
